Michael entered the manufactured home industry in 1990. As a young single father of 2 young sons, he worked his way up locally through several companies until he started his own business, originally named "RPM". He has installed over 3,000 homes to date. He remains dedicated to the community, providing quality homes, at affordable prices to families.

Our business is family owned, and family operated, in a small town community with small prices. We remain dedicated to providing the best homes in Southern Arizona to all of our customers.

LauraLea began business with the manufactured home industry around 2005, initially as a laborer with RPM manufactured home installation. Working her way up to the partner / owner position, LauraLea remains dedicated to continued education, and the manufactured housing industry.

She is licensed, bonded, and insured with the state of AZ. She looks forward to assisting the public through the process of home ownership. 

LauraLea is a mother of 4, two of which are in the family industry as partners, and as such LauraLea is very understanding, patient, and always looks forward to helping you.
